We're looking for a Freelance UGC Video Creator to create engaging, high-converting video content for marketing campaigns.

You'll be creating short-form videos that showcase properties, highlight key USPs, and make people want to stop, watch, and enquire.

What you'll work on:

• UGC-style property and real estate videos
• Short-form videos for Meta & Instagram ad campaigns
• Property walkthroughs, talking-head videos, hooks & CTAs
• Multiple creative variations for ad testing
• Following scripts and creative briefs while keeping the content natural
• Delivering high-quality raw footage and final videos

What we're looking for: Someone confident on camera, creative, comfortable with short-form content, and able to turn a script or idea into a video that feels authentic—not like a typical real estate ad.
