Freelance Soft Skills Trainer - College Programmes (Bengaluru)

Role & responsibilities

Reach Much Higher Foundation (RMH) runs employability programmes in colleges in and around Bengaluru. We are building a panel of freelance soft skills trainers to deliver on-campus sessions for college students.

• Deliver interactive, activity-based sessions on communication, presentation skills, teamwork, interview preparation, workplace etiquette and personality development

• Conduct all sessions in English, and understand Kannada well enough to follow students who are not yet fluent in English

• Follow RMH's session plans and materials, and share attendance and feedback after each batch

• Travel to partner colleges in and around Bengaluru to deliver offline classroom sessions

Preferred candidate profile

• Any graduate, with 3 to 15 years' experience as a soft skills or behavioural trainer

• Experience training college students or freshers; placement or employability training is a plus

• Excellent spoken English; able to understand Kannada

• Based in Bengaluru and available for weekday sessions during college hours
