About the Role We are looking for an experienced

SAP Business Analyst to join our team on a

part-time remote contract for an enterprise

SAP S/4HANA & SAP Ariba Implementation Project . The ideal candidate will have strong experience working as a Business Analyst on SAP transformation projects, with expertise in one or more of the following business workstreams:

• Source-to-Pay (S2P)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Budget-to-Report (B2R)
• Acquire-to-Retire (A2R) Each Business Analyst will primarily support one workstream while acting as a backup for another. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, project managers, testing teams, and executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Create business process maps, use cases, user stories, data flows, and requirements traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants to ensure business requirements are translated into SAP solutions.
• Define and review test scenarios, test scripts, acceptance criteria, and support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
• Validate data migration and system integration activities.
• Track testing progress, defects, and issue resolution.
• Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Facilitate workshops, Scrum meetings, testing sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Communicate project risks, dependencies, and status updates to project leadership and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst on SAP implementation projects.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation programs.
• Strong knowledge of one or more SAP business processes:
• Source-to-Pay (S2P)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Budget-to-Report (B2R)
• Acquire-to-Retire (A2R)
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, and business documentation.
• Hands-on experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
