Freelance Sales Executive

Compensation

• First Month: 10,000 (Fixed)
• From Second Month: 10,000 Fixed + Performance-Based Commission
• High earning potential based on sales performance.

9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role

I am looking for a motivated and result-oriented Freelance Sales Executive to work directly with me in growing two businesses in the food industry. This is not a company employment role and not an internship. You will work independently on a freelance basis while collaborating closely with me on sales strategy and business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers and distributors.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and field visits where required.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert them into sales.
• Assist in developing sales strategies for two businesses.
• Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
• Coordinate with me regarding customer feedback and market opportunities.

Preferred Candidate

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Comfortable speaking with businesses and decision-makers.
• Experience in B2B sales, FMCG, food products, exports, or distribution is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is preferred.
• Must be proactive and willing to learn.
