Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and results-driven SDRs/BDRs to generate qualified business opportunities

through outbound prospecting. This is a 100% remote freelance opportunity for an initial 3-month

contract, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business

requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Identify and qualify decision-makers within target accounts.

Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach activities.

Achieve weekly and monthly outreach targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance.

Eligibility

Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills.

Candidates with experience in SDR, BDR, lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales are

preferred.

Self-motivated individuals comfortable working remotely.
