Key Responsibilities

• Minimum Graduate qualification; MBA preferred.

Selection & Training Process

1. Telephonic Interview – Initial screening and assessment.
2. Selection for Training – Shortlisted candidates will be selected for company training.
3. Product & Sales Training – Training on projects, sales process, customer handling, and lead conversion.
4. Earning & Incentive Structure – Performance-based earning and payment process will be explained during training.
5. Deployment – Selected candidates can work remotely and coordinate with the company’s sales team.

Important: Candidates can be based anywhere in India except Madhya Pradesh and Nagpur, Maharashtra.
