Role & responsibilities

Reach Much Higher Foundation (RMH) helps young people make informed career choices and become skilled and employable. For schools, we offer structured career counselling: assessments of students' interests, strengths and aptitude, personalised career reports, and guidance sessions for students and parents, delivered by trained counsellors.

RMH's founder is an IIM alumnus with over 40 years in workforce development. He is a former head of skill development at one of the largest and oldest MNCs in India, has advised national skilling bodies including NSDC and the PMKVY Steering Committee, and is Adjunct Professor and Programme Director at an IIM.

We are looking for freelance Relationship Managers in Bengaluru to partner with CBSE and state board schools across the city.

• Build relationships with principals, school leaders and managements of CBSE and state board schools in Bengaluru
• Understand the career guidance needs of their students and parents
• Introduce RMH's career counselling programme and how it helps students choose the right streams, courses and careers
• Arrange presentations, demo sessions and parent orientations with RMH's counsellors, and prepare proposals
• Follow up until the agreement is signed and sessions are scheduled
• Stay in touch with partner schools during delivery, and grow repeat engagements across classes and years
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline and report progress regularly
• Work from home and travel within the city to meet schools

Preferred candidate profile

Must have:

• 3+ years building relationships and partnerships with school principals and managements, for example in education services, ed-tech, publishing, assessment or counselling organisations
• Based in Bengaluru and able to work across schools in the city
• Good spoken and written English and Kannada

Good to have:

• A master's degree in any discipline
• Existing relationships with schools in Bengaluru
• Familiarity with career guidance or psychometric assessments
• Hindi
