About the Role

We are hiring Freelance Recruitment Support Associates to assist our recruitment team with structured, high-volume candidate outreach and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Make candidate follow-up calls using a provided script, approximately 30-50 calls/day, depending on workload.
• Send pre-written LinkedIn InMails using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Respond to candidate InMails using pre-approved responses.
• Update call outcomes and candidate statuses in Airtable and Google Sheets.
• Follow established processes and maintain accuracy in all updates.

Work Details

• Type: Freelance, Part-time
• Duration: 2 months, with possible extension based on performance
• Hours: 3-4 hours/day, 6 days/week
• Work Window: Any 3 hours between 10 AM and 10 PM
• Location: Remote
• Compensation: 3,000 + 2,000
• Equipment: Laptop/desktop and reliable internet required
• Training and required account access will be provided.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome.
• Prior recruitment, telecalling, or customer support experience is a plus and not mandatory.
• Basic spoken and written English.
• Comfortable with structured and repetitive work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Reliable availability for 3-4 hours daily, 6 days a week.
• Comfortable making calls from a personal phone number.
