Freelance Recruiter

We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various roles. This is a remote, project-based role ideal for self-driven professionals with strong recruitment experience and access to talent networks.

• Understand client/job requirements and create sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Shortlist and present suitable candidates to hiring managers
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate pipeline and database
• Ensure timely closure of positions
• Manage candidate communication and offer negotiations
• Adhere to turnaround time (TAT) and quality metrics
