Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen qualified candidates using your own channels.
• Present shortlist profiles with initial screening notes.
• Coordinate candidate interview availability.

Requirements:

• Proven recruiting/sourcing experience.
• Access to candidate databases or LinkedIn network.
• Strong screening and communication skills.

Payout Terms:

Commission is paid upon successful placement and completion of the candidate retention period.
