Hiring: Recruiter - BFSI Frontline Hiring

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support frontline hiring for the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for frontline BFSI roles
• Manage high-volume recruitment requirements
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Work closely with the hiring team to understand role requirements

Ideal Profile:

• Prior experience in BFSI recruitment / frontline hiring
• Strong sourcing network and candidate connect
• Experience hiring for roles such as Sales, Relationship Manager, Branch Sales, Field Sales, Telecalling, Collection, etc.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within timelines
• Freelance recruiters with an existing BFSI candidate database/network are preferred

Location: Pan India / Remote [preferably Mumbai]

Engagement: Freelance / Contract

Compensation: Performance-based / per successful closure
