Freelance Non-IT Recruiter Commission-Based

The Role

As a Freelance Non-IT Recruiter, you will work on live client requirements and be responsible for identifying, screening and coordinating suitable candidates.

This is an outcome-driven freelance opportunity with no fixed monthly salary. You earn through successful recruitment closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other relevant channels.
• Understand client requirements and candidate profiles.
• Screen candidates against JD, experience, skills, location and compensation.
• Conduct initial candidate conversations and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Share quality profiles with the Navya Nexus recruitment team/client.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate and interview trackers.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain regular communication with the Navya Nexus team.
• Work on assigned mandates within agreed timelines.
• Ensure candidate quality and authenticity throughout the recruitment process.

What We Are Looking For

• 1+ years of recruitment experience.
• Prior experience in recruitment consultancy/staffing is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and/or LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of job descriptions and candidate evaluation.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently without continuous supervision.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Professional communication with candidates and clients.

Compensation

Commission-Based / Success-Based(20% to 30%)

There is no fixed monthly salary for this freelance engagement.

You earn when your recruitment work results in a successful joining, based on the agreed mandate-wise commission structure.
