Freelance Master Trainer - Career Counselling (Online, All India)

Role & responsibilities

Reach Much Higher Foundation (RMH) runs a proprietary career counselling training programme, delivered online, for school teachers, college faculty and aspiring career counsellors. We are looking for experienced freelance Master Trainers to deliver this programme through live online sessions.

• Deliver RMH's proprietary career counselling training programme through live virtual sessions

• Teach the theory and practice of career counselling: counselling skills, career development theories, Holland Code (RIASEC), and the use of psychometric assessments of interests, aptitude, personality and strengths

• Train participants to administer, score and interpret psychometric tests, and to prepare career guidance reports

• Run practice sessions, case discussions and role plays, and assess participants' progress

• Deliver through RMH's proprietary training design, development and delivery system, including session decks, trainer notes and assessments

• Fully online role, with no travel to schools or colleges

Preferred candidate profile

• Master's degree in Psychology (Counselling, Clinical or Applied) or a related field

• 10+ years of experience in career counselling, including training teachers, counsellors or adult learners

• Deep knowledge of counselling, psychometric testing, Holland Code / RIASEC and career development theories

• Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi and one regional language will be an advantage

• Confident delivering engaging live sessions on Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

• Candidates from anywhere in India are welcome
