Freelance Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a results-driven Freelance Marketing Specialist to drive business growth at BBAPL by executing effective online marketing campaigns, generating high-quality leads, and managing lead nurturing until conversion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns including email marketing and social media outreach.
• Identify, generate, and qualify leads using online platforms and networking.
• Personally follow up with leads via email, phone, or messaging to nurture interest and close opportunities.
• Maintain organized tracking of leads and communications (via spreadsheets or simple tools).
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align efforts and convert leads into clients.
• Analyze campaign results and adapt strategies to maximize business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, persistence, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of construction, architecture and planning, or engineering sectors is a plus.
