Job Description

We are looking for language-proficient individuals across India to support an international AI Language and Speech Data Project. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with strong language skills, excellent listening comprehension, attention to detail, and an interest in language technology and AI.

Selected candidates may contribute to speech data evaluation, linguistic quality review, audio annotation, transcription, and language-related AI data tasks.

Languages in Demand

We are currently interested in candidates proficient in the following languages:

• Urdu
• Sindhi
• Punjabi / Western Punjabi
• Russian
• Mandarin Chinese

Candidates proficient in multiple languages are encouraged to apply.

Important: Language-specific dialect and script requirements may apply. Candidates will be screened against the relevant project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate audio and speech data for linguistic accuracy and quality.
• Review pronunciation, fluency, clarity, and language consistency.
• Identify linguistic errors, inconsistencies, and speech-quality issues.
• Perform transcription, audio annotation, and language-quality review as required.
• Provide clear, structured feedback in accordance with project guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Complete assigned tasks within the agreed timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong proficiency in at least one of the target languages.
• Native or near-native proficiency preferred, depending on the language requirement.
• Good listening comprehension and attention to linguistic detail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Basic computer skills and access to a reliable internet connection.
• Willingness to complete language screening or project-specific assessments.

Prior experience in transcription, translation, linguistics, audio evaluation, data annotation, or AI training is an advantage but is not mandatory for every project.
