Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with hospitals and healthcare organizations across India.
• Generate new business through LinkedIn, Google Maps, Justdial, emails, calls, and networking.
• Build relationships with HR Managers, Hospital Administrators, and decision-makers.
• Understand client hiring requirements and introduce our recruitment services.
• Schedule meetings and convert prospects into active clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and long-term client relationships.
• Update daily activity and lead status.
  
  

Who Can Apply

• Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Recruitment, HR, Healthcare Sales, Pharma Sales, or Client Acquisition is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome.
