Key Responsibilities*

:Observability monitoring(Grafana, Pithos and splunk dashboard, incident response, log tracing, change mgmt

• CI CD deployment, WSS, TURN, ICE/DTLS troubleshooting, codec mgmt
• Runbooks, SOPs, cross-team collab, Log analysis.
• Maintain high-quality, maintainable code through unit tests, component tests, and E2E tests.
• Should able to debug and find RCA

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team collaboration and ability to work with cross-functional groups (product, design, QA).
• Ability to write clear, maintainable documentation and share knowledge with peers.
