Fraud Investigator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities within the organization's insurance operations.
• Analyze data and evidence to identify patterns and trends indicative of fraudulent behavior.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including claims handlers, underwriters, and legal teams to develop strategies for preventing future instances of fraud.
• Develop and maintain effective processes for detecting, reporting, and mitigating fraud risks.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in claims management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fraud investigation techniques and principles.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to identify patterns and anomalies.
• Experience working with insurance industry software systems.
