Role Fraud Control Unit Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Visit gold loan branches and conduct audits.
• Check pledged gold ornaments and verify records.
• Review customer loan files and KYC documents.
• Ensure branch staff follow company policies.
• Verify loan amounts, gold valuation, and system entries.
• Check cash, gold packets, and security arrangements.
• Identify errors, policy violations, or fraud risks.
• Prepare audit reports and share findings with management.
• Follow up on corrective actions taken by branches.

Required Qualification

• Any degree
• Certification in Audit, Finance, or Risk Management is an added advantage.

Experience

• 5 to 7 years of experience in:
• Gold Loans - - NBFC / Banking Audit
• Internal Audit - NBFC / Banking Audit

Skills Required

• Knowledge of gold loan processes.
• Basic understanding of audit and compliance.
• Good observation and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• MS Excel, MS Office knowledge and staff training
• High honesty and integrity.
• Vendor Management.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in gold loan companies, NBFCs, or banks.
• Knowledge of gold verification and loan documentation.
• Willing to travel to branch locations for audits.

Job Type

• Field-based role with regular branch visits (open for travel)
