BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services Insurance) experience is mandatory.

Location: Open - candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).

Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered - this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Role Overview

A BA with good exposure to origination/lending platform design and customer journeys. Awareness of the clients core systems and ways of operating is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for origination/lending platform design initiatives
• Analyze customer journeys across Cards, Loans, and Mortgages workstreams
• Support fraud-related process and systems analysis across relevant delivery initiatives
• Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements
• Support requirement validation and delivery tracking throughout the project lifecycle

Required / Must-Have Skills

• Exposure to origination/lending platform design and customer journeys
• Exposure to delivering projects in the areas of Cards, Loans, and Mortgages

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Awareness of the clients core systems and ways of operating is highly desirable
