Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and implement effective fraud prevention strategies to minimize risk exposure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and analyze transaction data, identifying potential fraud trends and patterns.
• Provide expert guidance on fraud detection, investigation, and mitigation techniques to internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in fraud analytics or a related field
• Strong understanding of fraud detection methods, including statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with fraud monitoring tools and software applications used for tracking suspicious activity.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
