About Us Crator is a VC-backed startup building the next generation of ERP system integration. Traditionally, getting a business onto an ERP is slow and expensive: a large team spends months mapping processes and writing custom code. We’re building a proprietary AI platform to do the building, which means a small team can implement an ERP in a fraction of the time and cost. We are already working with manufacturers, distributors and operations-heavy businesses across India and Singapore to move them onto ERPNext. The Role This role sits right in between Frappe and AI. You'll build the ERPNext systems our clients run on, and you'll build the AI agents that work inside those systems. Both halves matter equally. We need someone who can write real Frappe code and who actually understands how agents work. If you're strong on only one side, this probably isn't the right fit.

What you'll work on - Building custom Frappe apps for real clients: DocTypes, server and client scripts, hooks, workflows, reports and print formats - REST API integrations between ERPNext and outside systems like payment gateways, eCommerce, logistics and messaging - Configuring core ERPNext modules: Accounting, Buying, Selling, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM and HR/Payroll - Building AI agents that run inside ERPNext, connecting our agent runtime to ERPNext data and actions like creating documents, approvals and reconciliations. - Writing MariaDB queries for reporting and heavy data workflows, and supporting data migration, UAT and go-live.

What we're looking for - Solid hands-on Frappe/ERPNext development: DocTypes, Python server-side scripting, the Frappe ORM and the bench workflow - Good Python and JavaScript, and comfort with MariaDB/SQL - Experience building REST API integrations with third-party platforms - A real understanding of agentic AI: you've built something with tool/function calling, and you know how agents fail (context limits, hallucinated tool calls, loops, non-determinism) and how to make them reliable - At least 1-2 ERPNext implementations you've taken end to end as a lead or co-lead
