Franchisee Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Visit franchisees/customers regularly to ensure smooth service operations

• Provide technical support and assistance to franchise outlets

• Act as a liaison between the company and franchisees for service-related issues

• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and feedback

• Assist in training franchise staff on product knowledge and service standards

• Monitor franchise performance and report deviations to management

• Promote companys products and services to customers during visits (basic sales flair required)

• Maintain proper documentation and service reports
