Franchisee Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. - Connect with prospective franchise partners and investors.
2. - Generate leads and follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
3. - Explain franchise business opportunities, investment requirements, and benefits.
4. - Understand investors' budgets, business interests, and preferred locations.
5. - Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the business development team.
6. - Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong relationships with prospects.
7. - Update lead details, follow-up status, and call records in the CRM.
8. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
9. - Coordinate franchise presentations, site visits, and documentation.
10. - Track competitor offerings and prepare regular lead-generation and conversion reports.

Preferred candidate profile

1. - Experience: 12 years.
2. - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
3. - Preferred Background: Franchise Sales, Franchise Development, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
4. - Skills: Good communication, lead generation, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management.
5. - Other Requirements: Comfortable with calling targets, CRM updates, and sales follow-ups.
6. - Preference: Female candidates preferred.
