Franchisee Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Handle incoming franchise leads and schedule virtual or in-person meetings.
• Counsel prospects on i2Globals franchise models based on their investment potential and business goals.
• Present ROI projections, service deliverables, and brand USPs.
• Address objections, assist with funding options where applicable, and nurture prospects until conversion.
• Follow up regularly with pipeline leads and maintain status updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate with legal and accounts teams for agreement processing and payment coordination.
• Meet or exceed monthly franchise closure and revenue targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales consulting or EdTech sales.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of investment models and ROI frameworks.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and presentation software.
• Experience in handling closures, not just lead generation.
• Job changes should not be frequent; minimum 1 year per role preferred.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
