Franchise Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic Franchise Telecaller to connect with potential franchise partners, explain franchise opportunities, generate leads, and schedule meetings with interested prospects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential franchise leads.
• Explain franchise business opportunities, models, investment requirements, and benefits.
• Understand prospects' requirements and assess their suitability.
• Generate and qualify franchise leads through calling.
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects and maintain lead records.
• Schedule meetings/calls between qualified leads and the Franchise/Business Development team.
• Update daily calling and lead status in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain good relationships with prospective franchise partners.
• Coordinate with the sales/franchise team for lead conversion.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi ( Mandatory ) + English communication.
• Telecalling / Telesales / Franchise Sales experience preferred.
• Strong follow-up and lead-generation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into qualified leads.
