Role Description The Franchise Sales role at MannuBhai Service Expert is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The individual in this role will identify and qualify potential franchise partners, conduct outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations, and guide prospects through the franchise onboarding process. Daily responsibilities include managing the franchise sales pipeline, explaining franchise models and revenue opportunities, and supporting prospective partners in understanding operational and brand standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on training support for new franchisees, maintaining accurate sales records, and contributing to local market expansion strategies. knowledge about FOFO, COCO,FOCO.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address franchise partner needs.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive new franchise acquisitions and manage the sales funnel effectively.
• Candidates should possess Training experience to help onboard and support new franchise partners in understanding systems and processes.
• Candidates should possess basic business acumen and negotiation skills to assess franchise opportunities and close mutually beneficial deals.
• Candidates should have familiarity with the local services or allied sectors in India, with prior experience in franchising or B2B sales considered an advantage.
• Candidates should have the ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, use CRM or sales tracking tools, and meet defined sales and performance targets.
