About this role
Job Description
- Visit franchise outlets across India and support day-to-day operations.
- Ensure franchise partners follow company standards and guidelines.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and franchise owners.
- Provide training, operational guidance, and support to franchise teams.
- Monitor franchise performance and suggest improvements.
- Assist in setting up new franchise outlets and coordinate execution.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain strong franchise relationships.
- Prepare regular reports on franchise performance and compliance.
Requirements
- Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in franchise operations or business development.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willing to travel extensively across India.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Benefits
- Salary: 35,000 40,000 CTC per month.
- Travel allowances as per company policy.
