Franchise Manager - Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

• Generate, manage, and convert franchise leads across India
• Identify potential investors, entrepreneurs, and business partners
• Conduct franchise presentations, discovery calls, and investor meetings
• Travel for site visits, market visits, and partner meetings
• Manage the end-to-end franchise onboarding process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing partners
• Execute regional expansion and sales strategies
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and city-wise opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth franchise setup and launch
• Maintain strong follow-up discipline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for candidates with:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, B2B Sales, Channel Sales, or Institutional Sales
• Experience in education, school franchise, preschool franchise, coaching, EdTech, or service franchise preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing ability
• Ability to handle high-value sales conversations with investors
• Entrepreneurial mindset and target-driven approach
• Strong follow-up discipline and ownership attitude
• Comfort with extensive travel across India
• Ability to work independently and report clearly

Must-Have Requirements

• Monday to Saturday working schedule
• Timings: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
• Work From Home + Travel role
• Travel up to 20 days per month, including outstation travel
• Own conveyance: 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler
• Personal laptop
• Smartphone with dual SIM or an extra phone for company SIM
