Framer / Webflow Developer

About the Role We're looking for an experienced

Framer / Webflow Developer with a strong foundation in

UI/UX Design to create modern, responsive, and high-performing websites. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of the complete website creation process, from designing intuitive user interfaces in

Figma to building polished, production-ready websites in

Framer and

Webflow. In addition to Framer and Webflow, you'll also work on

WordPress and

Shopify projects, making this role well-suited for someone who enjoys working across multiple web platforms. You'll collaborate closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to build websites and landing pages that are visually engaging, user-centric, and conversion-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using

Figma .

• Develop responsive, high-performance websites using

Framer and

Webflow .

• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready websites.
• Build and optimize landing pages focused on lead generation and conversions.
• Create engaging interactions, animations, and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
• Build and maintain websites using

WordPress , including content updates, theme customization, and plugin management.

• Customize and manage

Shopify stores, including theme modifications, page creation, and storefront enhancements.

• Optimize websites for speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Integrate CMS collections, forms, analytics, APIs, and third-party tools wherever required.
• Develop reusable components, templates, and design systems for scalable website development.
• Troubleshoot website issues and perform ongoing maintenance and improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in web design, UI/UX, Framer, Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, and no-code development.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience in website design and development.
• Expert-level proficiency in

Framer and

Webflow .

• Strong UI/UX design skills with hands-on experience using

Figma .

• Intermediate experience with

WordPress and

Shopify .

• Experience translating design concepts into polished, production-ready websites.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is an added advantage.
• Experience working with CMS collections, website interactions, and dynamic content.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization.
• Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to typography, layout, spacing, and usability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
