Fractional CHRO

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Establish HR policies, SOPs and employee processes.
• Design organization structure, roles, JDs, KRAs and KPIs.
• Strengthen recruitment, onboarding and employee retention processes.
• Develop performance management and appraisal systems.
• Guide management on employee relations, disciplinary matters and HR decisions.
• Review compensation structure, salary bands and incentive systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour and employment laws.
• Develop employee engagement, culture and retention initiatives.
• Set up HR MIS, dashboards and management reporting.
• Mentor and guide the internal HR/Admin team.
• Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with HR leadership/CHRO exposure.
• Strong knowledge of HR strategy, policies, compliance and employee management.
• Experience in building HR systems and processes from the ground up.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with promoters, CEO and senior management.
• Prior experience as a CHRO, HR Head, preferred.
