About this role
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic FP&A professional responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic business decisions and improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast)
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Analyze revenue, cost, and profitability trends
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Identify cost optimization opportunities
- Ensure data accuracy and financial integrity
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
- Experience with tools like SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau
- Financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA
- Experience in budgeting & forecasting tools
- Exposure to business partnering roles
