the operational layer above ERP. What You'll Build This isn't another chatbot. This isn't another workflow automation product. This isn't another customer project. You'll help build the platform that powers enterprise operational decisions across manufacturing and supply chain. Examples include:

• Backorder Resolution

• Supplier Collaboration Your job isn't to build individual customer solutions. Your job is to continuously ask:

"Can this become a reusable platform capability for every customer?" What Kind of Experience Will Help You Succeed We're looking for someone who understands

how large enterprises actually operate , not just how software is built. The ideal candidate has worked closely with business users, operations teams, planners, or customer-facing teams to understand where work gets delayed, why operational decisions become difficult, and how technology can simplify these problems. You may have worked on products involving:

• Supply Chain Planning
• Manufacturing Operations
• Procurement
• Inventory Management
• Order Management
• Logistics
• ERP Platforms
• Workflow Automation
• Enterprise SaaS Platforms More importantly, you have experience converting

business problems into scalable product capabilities. For example, you may have: ✔ Worked with customers to understand operational bottlenecks and transformed them into reusable product features. ✔ Identified common patterns across multiple customer implementations and converted them into configurable platform capabilities. ✔ Reduced dependency on manual coordination through emails, Excel sheets, approvals and phone calls. ✔ Designed products that balance flexibility while avoiding endless customization. ✔ Thought beyond individual features to create reusable workflows, APIs, frameworks and platform services. ✔ Partnered closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable product architecture.
