About Tobbo Tobbo is building a next-generation

consumer social platform focused on helping people gain honest perspectives and make better decisions. We’re looking for a

builder who wants to work directly with the founders to build and scale a consumer product from

0→1 .

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the founders to define product strategy and roadmap.
• Design and execute product, growth, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Plan and launch new features, campaigns, and product experiments.
• Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and product metrics to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and referral.
• Work closely with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-impact user experiences.
• Take complete ownership of initiatives from idea to execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience building or growing

Consumer Social products is highly preferred. Experience with

Social, Creator Economy, Content, Community, Messaging, Gaming, Marketplace, or other consumer mobile products is also welcome.

• Strong understanding of

user psychology, consumer behavior, product thinking, growth, retention, experimentation, and product analytics .

• Experience designing and executing

go-to-market strategies, product launches, and growth campaigns .

• Comfortable using

AI to accelerate research, execution, experimentation, and decision-making.

• A builder mindset with strong ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action in a fast-paced

0→1 startup.
