The Opportunity We are establishing a founding engineering team in Hyderabad and are looking for a senior technical leader to help build it. This is not an offshore delivery role. You will work directly with executive technology leadership in the United States and help shape the architecture, engineering culture, hiring standards, and technical direction of a platform spanning AI agents, large-scale onboarding automation, data platforms, Apache Spark, Azure cloud infrastructure, workflow orchestration, and multi-tenant SaaS systems. The systems we are building sit at the intersection of AI, data, software engineering, and business operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys turning ambiguous real-world problems into elegant software systems.
What You'll Help With Define the technical vision for our Hyderabad Engineering Organization
- Lead architecture decisions across AI, platform, product, integration, and data systems.
- Recruit, mentor, and raise the bar for a high-caliber engineering team.
- Partner with engineering, product, and executive leadership on long-term platform strategy.
- Turn customer-specific complexity into reusable software and platform capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- 8-14+ years of software engineering experience.
- Exceptional computer science and systems fundamentals.
- Experience building production software at scale.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, data systems, AI systems, or SaaS architecture.
- Strong technical judgment, ownership, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Still hands-on enough to challenge designs, review code, and drive critical technical decisions.
