Founding Engineer —someone who wants to build products from zero to millions of users while shaping the technical future of the company. As a Founding Engineer, you won't just write code—you'll help build the company. Engineering

• Design, build and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.
• Develop AI-powered features.
• Build internal tools that improve efficiency across departments.
• Optimize infrastructure, databases and application performance.
• Own deployments, monitoring, security and system reliability. Product Ownership
• Convert product ideas into production-ready features.
• Work directly with the founder to prioritize roadmap and execution.
• Rapidly prototype and launch MVPs.
• Improve user experience through continuous experimentation. Operations & Leadership
• Manage coordination and completion of daily technical tasks across teams.
• Improve and optimize engineering workflows and company operations.
• Build automation wherever repetitive work exists.
• Document systems and establish engineering best practices.
• Help recruit, interview and hire exceptional engineering talent.
• Mentor future engineers as the engineering team grows.
• Coordinate with marketing, admissions, immigration, sales and operations teams to solve business problems through technology. Innovation
• Research and evaluate new AI technologies.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
• Build products that leverage the latest advancements in AI.
• Continuously improve architecture for scalability. Requirements
• 1-5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG systems is a major plus.
• Strong understanding of software architecture.
• Ability to take complete ownership without constant supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
