Role Description As a Founding Engineer / Full Stack Developer at Fimansy Consulting, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining core digital products that support our financial consulting services. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves developing scalable web applications across the stack, from intuitive front-end interfaces to secure and robust back-end services. You will collaborate closely with founders, consultants, and stakeholders to translate business and financial requirements into technical solutions, prototypes, and production-ready features. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and testable code, implementing UI components, integrating APIs, managing databases, and optimizing performance and security. You will also help define the technology stack, establish engineering best practices, participate in code reviews, and contribute to product roadmap decisions as an early member of the technical team.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering capabilities, including experience in Full-Stack Development and Software Development across modern web technologies.
• Front-end expertise with Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), including building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Back-end proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases, and application architecture.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing frameworks, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of end-to-end features.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business and financial use cases into technical requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with financial technology, data security, or analytics products is an advantage.
