Founding Engineer (Equity Based)

Neavi Health is looking for a Founding Engineer/Technical Co-Founder We're building BabyAura, a hospital-deployed platform that extends newborn and infant care beyond discharge through nurse-led guidance, pediatric escalations, milestone follow-ups, vaccination tracking, and care coordination. We're not starting from a blank slide. We already have a working clinical protocol (Built with pediatric and hospital advisors), and strong healthcare advisory and ecosystem support What we need now is someone to own the build.

Who we're looking for

• Strong engineering fundamentals, with real 0→1 shipping experience
• Experience in Next js (Frontend and Backend), React Native/Flutterflow, Tailwind CSS, Typescript, Supabase (Auth, Realtime, RLS, Semantic Search, AI Vector DB), PostgreSQL
• Comfortable owning architecture decisions solo, not just executing a spec
• Can eventually recruit and lead an engineering team as we scale
• Genuinely interested in healthcare, hospital workflows, and clinical constraints

What you'll own

• Technical architecture and product build, starting from our existing spec (Supabase-based, multi-hospital, role-based system)
• Ship the MVP and get Hospital 1 live
• Sit directly with hospitals and clinical teams to iterate on real feedback
• Build and lead the engineering team as we grow
• Full seat at the table on product, engineering, and company strategy

You'd be joining early enough to shape the architecture and the company, with direct exposure to hospital leadership, clinicians, and healthcare operators from day one.

Compensatio n This is a founding, equity-based role. Cash compensation begins once we hit product traction or fundraising milestones. We'll be upfront about the equity split, vesting, and what those milestones look like before you commit.
