What is the Role: We are seeking a talented and driven Backend AI Engineer who loves Python to join our core team in Bangalore. This role is crucial in building and scaling the AI-powered engine behind our compliance automation platform. You'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying the systems that interpret regulations and help businesses stay ahead. What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

• Designing and implementing robust and scalable backend systems.
• Developing and maintaining efficient ETL pipelines for collecting and processing diverse regulatory data.
• Implementing and optimizing generative AI models into production.
• Ensuring the security, performance, and reliability of our systems handling sensitive compliance data.
• Implementing feedback loops for the continuous improvement and validation of our AI models.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (product, domain experts, other engineers) to align AI development with business objectives.
• Staying ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in AI, MLOps, and compliance technology to drive innovation. What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
