About Signeasy Contracts run businesses. We are unlocking the intelligence inside them. Signeasy began fifteen years ago with a simple idea. Signing should be easy. That idea helped the world go paperless. But signatures were only the beginning. Today, the real problem isn’t signing contracts. It's what happens after. While others continued to treat contracts as mere paperwork, we began transforming them into living, searchable, and intelligent systems of record. We shipped over 250 product releases, achieved 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, got featured in Apple’s WWDC, while building the foundation for what comes next. 2026 will be our biggest year yet. With the launch of Intelligent Contract Management, we are going to market with an AI-powered contract management platform built for modern teams who expect more than storage, signatures, or status quo software. About the Role Founding Business Development Representative (BDR) This is not a “run the playbook” role. As a Founding BDR for ICM, you will help create the playbook. You’ll be one of the first people responsible for taking our Intelligent Contract Management platform to market, shaping how we talk about it, who we sell to, and how we win. You’ll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and AI, bringing a differentiated product to the right buyers at the right moment. Your work will directly influence:
- Our messaging and positioning
- Our outbound motion
- Our future SDR org and leadership structure As we scale, there’s a clear growth path into Account Executive roles or into building and leading the SDR function as a Lead or Manager.
What you’ll do
- Identify and research high-potential target accounts across priority verticals
- Build and continuously refine prospect lists of decision-makers and influencers
- Execute multi-channel outbound across email, LinkedIn, phone, and emerging channels
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to:
- Test messaging
- Validate value propositions
- Turn learnings into repeatable motion
- Maintain clean, accurate pipeline data and share insights on what’s working (and what’s not)
- Experiment aggressively with modern sales tech and AI workflows to scale signal-based outbound
What we’re looking for
- 4–6 years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with modern outbound and CRM tools such as:
- HubSpot
- Apollo
- Clay
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Dripify (or similar)
- Demonstrated use of AI in daily workflows, not just experimentation
- A founder’s mindset: scrappy, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity
- High resilience: you understand rejection is part of the craft, not a signal to stop
- Energy, curiosity, and a bias toward learning and iteration
AI-First Expectations (Non-Negotiable): All roles at Signeasy are AI-first. As a BDR, you’ll use and build AI-powered workflows for prospecting, enrichment, signal-based outbound, and personalisation at scale, leveraging tools like Clay, Apollo, and ChatGPT. You think in systems and automation, focus on why now signals, and avoid spray-and-pray entirely.
