Founding AI & ML Engineer (LLM & AI Systems)

About Us ZETIIFY is building FORGE AI, an AI Operating System for founders. Our mission is to help entrepreneurs move from idea to company through personalized execution workflows, AI-driven guidance, and startup-specific intelligence. We're looking for a Founding AI/ML Engineer to help build the core intelligence behind FORGE AI. What You'll Build As a founding team member, you'll be responsible for building and improving the AI engine that powers FORGE AI, including: 1.Designing AI workflows and agent architectures. 2.Building LLM-powered features using modern AI frameworks. 3.Developing backend AI services and APIs. 4.Building RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and memory systems. 5.Improving AI accuracy, reasoning, and startup-specific intelligence. 6.Contributing to our long-term roadmap for proprietary AI algorithms and specialized LLMs. Required Skills 1.Strong Python programming. 2 Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, etc.). 3.LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks. 4.RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS). 5.FastAPI or Django/Flask. 6.API integration. 7.Prompt engineering. 8.AI agents and workflow orchestration. 9.Git and collaborative development. 10.Fine-tuning or model training experience. 11.AI evaluation and benchmarking. Knowledge of startup ecosystems or SaaS products. 12.Experience deploying AI applications to production. Location: Remote. Flexible working hours. Part-time initially (around 3-4 hours/day is acceptable). Candidates may continue their current job while contributing. Compensation This is a Founding Team opportunity.
