About the Founders
Pratik Gadia is a startup founder and angel investor who built and scaled The Yarn Bazaar, Indias leading B2B textile platform, featured on Shark Tank India. He brings 6+ years of operating experience across manufacturing, trading, and supply chains.
Naga has been part of the founding teams of two US startups, one acquired by NVIDIA and another by HP. He has worked with leading AI software and hardware companies including NVIDIA, Broadcom and NXP.
The Role
We are looking for a highly driven professional to work closely with the founders across strategy, operations, execution, and AI-enabled workflows. This is a high-ownership role where priorities can change quickly and you will be expected to take ownership and drive tasks to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with founders on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Track priorities, tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct research, analysis, and prepare reports or presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, candidates, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Support hiring, HR operations, and day-to-day business operations.
- Identify opportunities to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to improve workflows and productivity.
- Build and improve processes using AI and automation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in Operations, EA, Founders Office, or similar roles.
- Strong AI literacy and hands-on experience using AI tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and high ownership.
- Experience in a startup or technology-driven company is preferred.
- Bangalore-based and willing to work from office.
