This is not a traditional Program Manager, Executive Assistant, or strategy-only role. It is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone structured, sharp, and execution-oriented - someone who can work closely with the CxO leadership, bring structure to ambiguity, coordinate across functions, drive critical programs, and ensure priorities move from discussion to execution.
The role sits at the intersection of Program Management, Business Operations, Executive Stakeholder Management, and Founder s Office, with a strong focus on execution and organizational velocity.
Responsibilities
- Drive Management/C-Suite priorities - translate leadership priorities into structured plans, action items, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Own cross-functional programs business reviews - drive high-priority initiatives across functions while consolidating performance inputs, tracking progress, identifying gaps and risks, and providing leadership with clear visibility on priorities and outcomes.
- Drive leadership cadence stakeholder alignment - manage leadership reviews, agendas, action trackers, decisions, and follow-ups while working closely with CxOs, HODs, and functional leaders to resolve dependencies, surface risks, and drive execution.
- Turn ambiguity into execution - break complex or loosely defined problems into structured workstreams, milestones, and ownership.
- Own strategic and special projects - lead high-priority initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination and strong execution discipline.
- Drive operational excellence execution - identify process gaps and bottlenecks, synthesize data into concise leadership updates and dashboards, and ensure decisions translate into clear actions, ownership, and timely closure while proactively escalating risks.
- Represent the CxO s Office when required - participate in internal and external meetings, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and ensure communication and follow-through are handled with professionalism and discretion.
- AI Product fluency - understand Dozee s product, roadmap, and AI initiatives well enough to engage credibly with Product and Engineering, while leveraging AI, LLMs, and automation to improve tracking, reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: BTech/MBA or any equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in program management, business operations, consulting, strategy, founder s office, or cross-functional project management.
- Experience working closely with CXOs, Business Heads, or senior leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong track record of managing multiple cross-functional programs, with ownership of timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Experience in program execution, business reviews, operational planning, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
- Exposure to AI products or AI-led workflow automation, with the ability to engage credibly on product and technical topics.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements in speed, quality, cost, efficiency, or execution velocity.
- Strong experience creating executive presentations, dashboards, business reviews, trackers, and management reports.
- Experience in a startup, high-growth company, healthcare, MedTech, SaaS, technology, or consulting environment is preferred.
- Strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
