Founders Office Operations and Special Projects Executive

We are not looking for a typical employee. We are looking for someone who can become the Founders eyes and ears on the ground.

We are looking for two dynamic, street-smart, and highly resourceful professionals to work directly with the Founder on business operations, special projects, and strategic assignments.

This is not a conventional desk job. The role requires someone who can comfortably move between a modern corporate office, operational offices, bus depots, terminals, partner locations, and field assignments.

The ideal candidate should enjoy solving problems, taking ownership, travelling, meeting different people, and getting things done.

Job Descreption

• Work directly with and report to the Founder.
• Handle special projects, operational assignments, and business challenges.
• Travel extensively across Mumbai and occasionally across India, depending on business requirements.
• Visit operational offices, depots, terminals, branches, and other business locations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Identify problems on the ground and find practical, quick, and effective solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure completion from start to finish.
• Assist the Founder in monitoring important projects and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Act as a bridge between management and operational teams whenever required.
• Handle sensitive and confidential business matters responsibly.
• Be prepared to handle dynamic assignments where no two days may be the same.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

• Preferably between 28 to 36 years of age.
• Street-smart, practical, and highly resourceful.
• A natural problem solver with strong common sense and quick decision-making ability.
• Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions in challenging situations.
• Equally comfortable working in a professional corporate office and on the ground in operational environments.
• Willing and enthusiastic about frequent travel across Mumbai and India.
• Comfortable travelling by bus, train, or other practical modes of transportation whenever required.
• Able to communicate confidently with people at all levelsfrom senior management to ground-level staff.
• Highly responsible, trustworthy, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
• Not restricted to a conventional 9-to-5 mindset.
• Someone who believes in taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
