About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Founders Office Intern to work closely with the leadership team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to business operations, strategic initiatives, research, and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Founders Office in day-to-day business and operational activities.
• Support research, data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports/presentations.
• Assist in tracking and coordinating key projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate with different internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Support the leadership team with MIS, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments based on business requirements.
• Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work closely with senior leadership.
• Prior internship/startup experience will be an added advantage.
