Role & responsibilities

• Research potential clients, industries, and market opportunities.
• Build and maintain lead lists using various research and prospecting tools.
• Assist with outbound outreach campaigns and track lead generation performance.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Use tools like Claude, and other AI platforms to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and support decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track initiatives and ensure timely execution.
• Support founders with business analysis, presentations, reports, and strategic projects.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication..
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple tasks.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic startup environment.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of B2B business development or sales.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or prospecting platforms is a plus.
• Experience with business research is an advantage.
