About the Role
Techdome is looking for a Founders Office or Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and CTO, turning strategic conversations into concrete outcomes. In this role, you will convert ideas into action plans, chase cross-functional projects until they close, build client-facing materials, and identify opportunities to make the business run smarter through AI and automation. You will work closely with Engineering, Marketing, BD, and Ops teams to make sure priorities move from discussion to execution.
What Youll Do
- Sit in on strategic conversations with the CEO/CTO and walk out with clear owners, timelines, and next steps
- Chase down cross-functional projects across Engineering, Marketing, BD, and Ops until theyre actually closed
- Spot bottlenecks before they turn into fire drills
- Build pitch decks, proposals, and briefs that founders can present to clients and stakeholders
- Join client meetings and BD conversations, and follow up as if its your own deal
- Research markets, competitors, and customers, and turn findings into clear recommendations
- Identify repetitive manual work - research, reporting, documentation - and fix it with AI and automation
- Own special projects that dont fit neatly into any one teams scope
What Were Looking For
- 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in a Founders Office, BizOps, Strategy, BD, or startup role
- Demonstrated ability to work independently without a defined playbook
- Strong ownership mindset - you spot gaps and close them without being asked
- Comfortable when priorities shift mid-week and things are ambiguous
- Ability to build sharp PowerPoint decks and Excel/Sheets models
- Comfortable using AI tools as a default part of your workflow, not an afterthought
- Strong discretion with confidential information and ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details
Good to Have
- Startup or founders office experience, especially in high-pressure situations
- Client-facing or BD experience
- Hands-on experience with Notion, Asana, or Trello
- Understanding of how AI, SaaS, Healthcare, Fintech, or Enterprise Tech businesses operate
- An MBA is a plus, but a track record of getting things done matters more
