Ideas move fast in Techdomes Founders Office. This role is the connective tissue - catching what the CEO and CTO are thinking, shaping it into something executable, and pushing it across Engineering, BD, Marketing, and Ops until it ships.
Some days thats turning a five-minute conversation into a scoped proposal. Other days its catching two teams about to duplicate effort and fixing it first. No script - you define "done well" and get there.
This role suits someone whod rather close the loop than wait to be looped in.
Strategic Execution
- Partner with the CEO and CTO on strategic priorities
- Turn decisions into action and own them through to completion
- Track execution across workstreams and flag risks early
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Own coordination across Engineering, BD, Marketing, and Ops
- Catch duplicated effort or misalignment before its a problem
- Keep priorities from stalling in team handoffs
Client & Business Development Support
- Build client-ready decks, proposals, and business documents
- Prepare meeting briefs and coordinate follow-ups
- Draft communications that represent the founders well
Market & AI Intelligence
- Research market, competitor, and AI ecosystem trends
- Turn findings into insights leadership can act on
AI-Native Ways of Working
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Notion AI daily
- Apply AI to speed up research, writing, and ops
- Founder Strategy & Execution - planning, decision support, execution tracking
- Business Development - proposals, client engagement, partnerships
- Market & AI Intelligence - competitive research, industry trends
- Special Projects - cross-functional initiatives with direct business impact
- 6 months-1.5 years as an EA, Chief of Staff, or in Business Ops - ideally in a founders office or startup
- A natural owner who solves problems without being asked twice
- Energized by ambiguity, not slowed down by it
- Strong written and verbal communicator with real business acumen
- Highly organized, detail-obsessed, good at juggling priorities
- Fluent in MS Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools
- Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
- Experience in BD or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with Notion, Asana, or Trello
- Understanding of SaaS, AI, or tech products
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
