About The Role We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical
Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the founders and leadership team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that offers exposure to strategic planning, business operations, product initiatives, market research, investor support, and execution of key organizational priorities. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founders to drive strategic initiatives across various business functions.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to support business decisions.
- Track and monitor key business metrics and prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of strategic projects.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support product, sales, marketing, HR, finance, and operations teams on high-priority initiatives.
- Assist in business planning, goal setting, budgeting, and quarterly reviews.
- Prepare business cases, proposals, investor presentations, and executive reports.
- Drive special projects from ideation through execution while ensuring timely delivery.
- Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders and document actionable insights.
- Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Founder's Office, Business Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Operations, Product Strategy, or Project Management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
- Experience working with business metrics, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup, SaaS, AI, or technology-driven organization.
- Exposure to product management, fundraising, strategic planning, or GTM initiatives.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is an added advantage. What You'll Gain
