About the Role

We are looking for a driven, business-oriented professional to work closely with the Founder on strategic planning, business growth, and execution of key organisational initiatives.

The role involves working across business functions, analysing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Business Planning: Support corporate strategy, business planning, market research, competitive analysis, and identification of growth opportunities.
• Strategic Project Management: Drive end-to-end execution of key business initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
• Business Performance & Reviews: Analyse business performance, track KPIs, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions to improve business outcomes.
• Business Growth & GTM: Support go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, lead conversion, revenue growth, and expansion into new markets and customer segments.
• Marketing, Brand & PR: Drive strategic marketing initiatives, brand positioning, corporate communications, thought leadership, and Founder visibility.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop partnerships that create commercial value, strengthen the business ecosystem, and support expansion.
• New Initiatives & Decision Support: Evaluate new business opportunities, develop business cases, lead special projects, and provide data-backed recommendations to the Founder.
• Founder’s Office Coordination: Manage the Founder’s calendar, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and key stakeholder engagements while ensuring effective prioritisation of commitments and timely follow-ups.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Experience in strategy, business development, management consulting, business operations, or a Founder’s Office role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Understanding of business growth, GTM strategy, partnerships, and commercial decision-making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.
